• Heirloom Harvest Farm, Blairstown, NJ (NOFA-NJ) Certified Organic Produce
  

  Featuring a wide variety of greens, leafy greens, cabbages, squashes (summer & winter), summer vegetables, melons and edible flowers.

• Grossman Farms, Wrightstown, NJ
  

  Featuring fresh-cut field flowers, organic blueberries, strawberries, peaches (red & white), low and no spray summer vegetables, apples and corn.

• Bread Alone, Boiceville, NY
  

  Featuring a wide variety of organic breads, pastries and baked desserts.

• Planetary Pastry
  

  Featuring organic, vegan, wheat/gluten free and sugar free baked goods as well as an assortment of other baked goods and prepared goods. This is a Jersey City business -- represented by Katie Fliessner, pastry chef/owner.

• Treelicious Orchards of Port Murray, NJ
  Featuring a considerable variety of tree fruits -- including cherries (sweet & sour), plums, apricots, peaches (including white), pears and a HUGE variety of apples -- going through October. IN addition, Treelicious Orchards grows sweet (white) corn and heirloom tomatoes. Treelicious is a conventional grower (i.e. non-organic).
  And Now for the real kicker -- Treelicious also makes their own fresh baked apple and peach pies, muffins and donuts -- daily in their bakery -- as well as cold pressed apple cider.
  Treelicious has been an active participant in the NYC Green Markets for a number years -- including the Friday market at Union Square -- Manhattan, the Saturday market at Grand Army Plaza -- Brooklyn and the Sunday market at Broadway & 77th Street -- also Manhattan.
  

In addition there are numerous cooking events scheduled for this season. These cooking demonstrations will feature dishes prepared using produce sold that day of the market! All take place between the hours of 5:30PM to 7:00PM as follows:

Non-culinary events scheduled so far for this season at the market are:

• September 13th - Captain Bill Sheehan, Riverkeeper, of the Hackensack Riverkeeper Inc. & Ms. Leslie Parness of the Greater Newark Conservancy, the Hudson County Sierra Club and other local organizations devoted to the preservation of open space.
