CHARLES H. BLOHM

CHARLES H. BLOHM was born in Hoboken, N. J., July 20. 1874, and
proved to Jersey City when very young. There he was reared and educated.
He attended the Jersey City public schools, graduating in June, 1888. He
was also graduated from the Jersey City Business College in 1893 and from
the New York Law School with the degree of LL.B. June 1, 1896. For four
years he had studied law with Hon. Henry A. Gaede, of Hoboken. He was
admitted to the New Jersey bar as attorney and solicitor in chancery
June 8, 1896. On July 27, 1896, he was appointed master in chancery and
on June 12, 1899, he was admitted to practice as a counselor at law. He
is also an attorney, counsellor, proctor, and advocate in the United States
Circuit and District Courts, being admitted to that bar September 18, 1899.
Although aa young man Mr. Blohm has achieved a recognized standing in his profession and is regarded as one of the rising young lawyers of Jersey City. He takes a deep interest in public affairs, and as a citizen is progressive, public spirited, and enterprising. He is thoroughly identified with the affairs of his native county and respected by all who know him.
