He is the son of Jacques Leuly and Barbara Gasser and a grandson of
Jacques Lenly, Sr., and Theressa Gasser. He was educated in the West
Hoboken public schools, at the Stevens High School, and at the New York
University Law School, graduating from the latter institution with the

He has been connected with several important eases and in every instance has displayed those sound legal qualifications which distinguish the successful lawyer and advocate. He is a member of Palisade Lodge, No. 84, F. and A. M., of the Town of Union, and as a citizen is public spirited, progressive, and highly respected. He was married on the 16th of June, 1897, to Christine Fisher, and has one son, Albert Melville Leuly.
