In accordance to State Statutes and City Ordinance, every dog owner must license and/or renew their dog's license on a yearly basis, which starts on February 1 and expires on January 31 of every year. This means that all dog licenses that were purchased prior to February 1, 2002 have expired.

• Bring a copy of your dog's rabies shot certificate -- must be current up to December 3, 2002!

• Proof of your dog being altered (if you are applying for that status).
