Mayor-Man reaches the child in a split-second, and snatched him out of harms way – just before a speeding car crashes into a utility pole. The driver's gas pedal was stuck, causing him to lose control. Thank God, he was wearing a seat belt. It saved his life. Mayor-Man wants all the children to wear seat belt when in a moving vehicle.
