If you are trying to make a reference to Phil's persuasion, whatever it may be, what difference does that make in how he does the job of CouncilPerson or any job for that matter? It makes no difference!! GROW UP! A person should be elected to office based on his or her qualifications for the position and not denied or ridiculed because some people have prejudices or phobias.
