Jackson and Cardwell were Gerry Mc Klan's campaign managers in his effort to stop minorities from going to the polls during his campaign to get elected for Mayor in 1985. They were found liable in a court of law of violating the Civil Rights of blacks and hispanics and had to pay a sizable insurance payout. These are the same people who choose to call our former Mayor a Tom. These are the worse form of bigots you could find. They purport to be representatives of their community. When in fact they are only interested in lining their pockets with city and county contracts. They will sell their own mother's out for a lucrative city contract.
