: The truth (as Degise's loss in Jersey City shows) is that Jersey City doesn't like being dictated to.  UTN reflects what people in Jersey City are thinking.  The UTN isn't putting thoughts into anybody's head!

By making Jersey City the enemy, HCDO consolidates control over the rest of the county.<BR><LI>The HCDO communication crew has hijacked the enterprise and continues throwing gasoline on the fire to make work for themselves.</ul>
