The way the process is set up is absolutely fixed. Three questions.

Who controls the vote count?
The County. Tom, Javier.

Who was backing Healy?
The County.

Who won the election?
Healy. (The County)
I think there should be people certified from each camp to participate in the counting and certification process. People can be bought and threatened, which I think is the case now. Corruption is alive and well especially in a city as lucrative as Jersey City.

Man, this is bad. Who can you trust? I mean the people alledgedly voted for an elected official who admitted to being too drunk and outside naked? Come on. I don't believe he won. Impossible. Either they cheated or the people in this City are ass-holes. True it was dirty politics but the fact still remains IT HAPPENED. I would never vote for that scum-bag Manzo either. Smith just isn't a leader or a people person. That's why I voted for Mrs. Flood they call her an airhead but at least I can trust her. She doesn't even have a dirty jacket like the other people that ran. I really don't know too much about the black vote but I do knoe that she would have won if Harvey smith weren't in the race and she had a little more money. I really think she would do a good job as Mayor. That's how I feel.
