Are you suggesting that a newspaper has left news out of their publication for a political reason? Ethics aside that type of question requires and investigation. Maybe just maybe there is an oversight on the part of the Editor or a lack of resources to cover these incidents. Maybe Mr. Sacco is clean as the driven snow? Maybe the FBI is already there gathering information waiting to gain a critical mass for court? Maybe North Bergen has no issues that warrant an investigation? There are many many maybes about this lack of news. Maybe the Journal lacks staff and cannot afford to cover North Bergen? If because of the lack of money the Journal cannot cover North Bergen and Mr. Sacco then whos fault is it they are simply poor. We cannot make attacks on a company for a business decision. On the other hand if it is done for political reasons and the Journal has full knowledge of wrong doings by Mr. Sacco and the have a policy to ignore these incidents then that is a bad thing but who knows what is going on. In any case a newspaper should clarify issues not cloud them. The situation with Mr. Sacco and his relationship the Journal clouds the issues and leaves one thinking that the newspapers policy is bad journalism.
