I'm at the municipal lot on central and bowers at 2:45 pm today and observe the followong: parking authority uniformed guy on skooter goes to a mercedes, license plate NJ 8711 Handicapped, opens trunk, closes same and leaves. I look. The meter is expired, there are ticket books in front and rear windows. The meter man procedes a few cars away and writes tickets for overtime parking. Questions: are parking authority people entitled to free parking , can a handicapped person ride a skooter for the parking authority, will anyone in authority answer these questions. Skip the part where it might not have been his car. Circumstances too long and boring to write here show me it was.
