Anybody know the ins and outs of the Sore Loser law? If you lose a primary, you can't run as an Independent in the general election is how I read it. But what if a judge rules an primary invaild, does that count as a loss and you still can't run as an Independent? Do you have to declare as a Republican or can you jump on the Green or some other 3rd Party bandwagon?

What's the deadline for declaring yourself as running again, anyhow?
