: Hartz Mountain wanted the Xanadu Project yet it was awarded to friends of McGreevey.  In order to beat back the case that Hartz Mountain filed and would have won the HCDO, McGreevey, and Gordon Getty pulled a bold move attack the Stern family.   Eliot Spitzer was informed by Reflow Managment a Getty front of timing activity and timing competed with Reflows intended line of business.  Getty is also a funder of the Xanadu contractors Mills and others.  Since control of San Francisco is not enough for Getty he challenged using various shell companies the established developers of Northern New Jersey.  The prize has been Xanadu and the untold story is gambling will be arriving at the Xanasu Complex as soon as the legal issues are cleared meaning bringing the Sterns into line.  Benard Spitzer another real estate developer is involved and surprise he is the father of Eliot the State Attorney General.   So again interest of the rich and famous come before the interest of the people.  New York State, the State of New Jersey, and Gordon Getty arrived at a conclusion stop the Sterns by any means and while the case for Xanadu has not been dropped the reputation of the Sterns has been damaged for no real legal reason at all.  In this case the HCDO where running an job for outside special interest.
