Mel Cuccitucci, who lives in a high-rise building that sits on the banks of the Hudson River in Edgewater, heard a thud at his terrace door.Going to investigate, he found what he described as "a very tired if somewhat woozy Mayor-Man" sitting on the astroturf floor of his terrace. For Mr. Cuccitucci, it was a scary sight.

The Mayor-Man, regarded him quite calmly as he grabbed the phone to call the local police and picked up his camera to take a picture.. The police could not reach Lady-One because of the council meeting, so they decided to see if the Mayor-Man would recover on its own from its encounter with plate glass. Mayor-Man was charged with tresspassing and is due to appear in court at a latter date.
