Cunningham and Deguise have been fighting since both have run against each other. Cunningham has done more for all of Jersey City than his predecessor. Deguise is not as corrupt as his predecessor. However, I am not willing to continue accepting the opinion from the Urban Times that Cunningham is the new Messiah. A lot of the people that have been placed in positions of responsibility in JERSEY CITY BY HIM are not doing a good job. People like (DPW)Joe DeSousa and Richie Frieda are ripping off the Taxpayers of Jersey City. Ron Buonocore and Betty Outlaw do not rate the salary or merit the responsibility of being heads of departments like DPW. I can document these shortcomings! In regards to the County, A lot of schools that are located on Kennedy Boulevard do not have the required painted street markings. We do have a bridge across the Boulevard that cost $6 million bucks. It goes from Saint Peter's College to Saint Peter's College. Annual maintenance of the Bridge has not been worked out. But you know who is going to get stuck with the bill! I don't care if the State gave Jersey City or the County the money to build the bridge. The money could have been used for many other things that would have been more usefull! Some Schools that need painted markings are in Greenville. Some are in Ward B, and some are in the heights. Who is supposed to do it. We pay for it to be done. I would be more likely to give Tom DeGuise the benefit of the doubt if I saw some activity by the county over this issue!
