The Democrats have all but pulled the rug out from underneath themselves because of their greed. The fact is they controlled everything and the only time they had problems is when they fought with each other for a share of the stolen funds and power. Now we believe the end of corruption is at hand but wait a moment there are still the same people that came from the HCDO. The Mayor is a product of the HCDO and must be removed from office and not allowed to become a Senator. He serves along the same lines of the HCDO and will eventually become another machine. Perhaps after he is gone term limits can be put in place for state office as well as local office limiting the control one person or a group of people can have over the political process. Is it possible to protect ourselves from corruption using a structural means of at least limiting the exposure we have to potentially dangerous corruption? Glenn Cunningham is not clean since he used the HCDO machine to get where he is today and his friends have operated in the same fashion as the HCDO.
