I have seen the Surgical Dept Tax Return forms and it certainly does seem questionable that Mr Metsch all of a sudden went from an Dr of Public Heath to a MD. I would be interested in seeing more of this type of evidence presented.

If this is all true, why is there not more legal action taken to correct this corruption?
