: Firstly Cunningham is a racist of the first order.   As that tends to remove all reason his ability to lead is impaired.  Try if you will to suggest anything that gets a fair hearing.  The current Mayor lives in a prison of racism that does not allow the open flow of ideas and solutions for the good of the people.  While he maybe untouched as far as graft he is as dumb as a stone.   The Mayors advisors are those that have mastered the skill of blowing smoke in a direction not mentioned.  Mayor Cunningham live up to your promise your victories are not mandates for racist activity it is not one races moment in the sun it is the people of the city.  Please remove your prejudice against Whites.  Anti-White behavior is not allowed.  The city has suffered due to lack of education in the area of technology and the ability to streamline and modernize the structure of government to better serve the people ALL THE PEOPLE.  The logic of racism is flawed and will create a situation you cannot live with.  
: Essentially just because you are the Mayor does no make you or your staff know everything in fact the world is large and filled with things we do not know please act accordingly.  A good case in point is the removal of DTC from New York City if you had half a brain or anyone on your staff did they might see the ramifications of that event.  Since your office does not respond to anyone outside your office you are in a prison of ingnorance strongly supported by your racist views.   As you are aware I did make the choice to be whatever I'am neither did you so stop all this or suffer defeat in the political arena.  Having lived and worked in South Africa I can tell you first hand racism of any form will destroy not build a society.  Let the love God made in your heart flow stop the ignorance and let the ideas and solutions flow.  The first step is the removal of Ayala he is controlling access and removing the right solutions from the table get someone that has an education and can listen not dictate.
