Ayala thinks he knows it all he is the master of the universe. The reality is the man is a dunce, a dullard, and generally unfit to walk dogs. Yet the mayor (Mayor Cunningham) continues to listen to this long haul truck driver on matters that are complex and require some area of expertise. If I want a good delivery on a carton I'll call Ayala but he should not be making policy in the arbitary manner he does. This is a Western
Society where critical thinking is required not some third world nation where those with the power rule regardless of their ability to make informed choices. It is after all the government by the PEOPLE for the PEOPLE and should serve the PEOPLE. While HCDO was designed to steal funds from the public the current mayor's adminstration is designed to statisfy some closed idea of a moment in the sun. Ward F should be better served the dreams of a Mayor for all the people must be realized. Stop Cunningham unless he changes his ways.
