: The city should get out of the landlord business and give the buildings and land it does not need away.   There is a great economic reason for this in empowers ownership and increases the tax base.   The city is holding on to property it does not need while its debt requirements go threw the roof thanks to Ayala.  In essence Cunningham must be forced from office due to his inability to serve and handle complex issues.  It is not enough to be clean and corruption free we require people with ideas and solutions to problems Cunnigham has not shown one hint as to being able to provide any of the solutions required.   If anything is a testement to his inability to lead it is Ayala as his chief advisor.  As far as McGee goes he would be better off leaving since the idiots that run the city couldn't even understand what he was trying to achieve.  Why is it only the stupid hold office my guess is smart people tend to stay away from sinking ships.  McGee should leave to serve another city one with more informed leadership.   Cunningham you broke our hearts you are a pompous twit while not corrupt you are really DUMB.
