In a less than public manner Ayala has been shopping his services to potential rivals to the current Mayor's regime. By laying the ground work for his eventual run for Mayor. Funding is not an issue the HCDO spent 2.5 million against Glenn in a primary and lost whats another 2.5 million to get Ayala elected Mayor. The lack of refinancing will e laid at Glenns feet and be used by those that oppose to defeat the Mayor in a special recall election the effort under way. The HCDO does not want Glenn around so they are able and willing to do what needs to be done. The only problem is the Mayor provided the fuel for his own fire Bye Bye Mr. Mayor hello Mr. Ayala.
