I'm sure that everyone is aware of a recent verdict out of Hudson County Superior Court over the Domenick Infantes Murder which, to my mind, is outrageous.

The members of Jersey City PD are seeking support to force a Civil Rights prosecution against the Gavina Brothers & to persuade Judge Kevin Callahan of Hudson County Superior Court to impose the MAXIMUM sentence in this case.

Copies of form letters were handed out at the candle light vigil for Domenick in Jersey City on 11/14.

I have posted form letters on the Hoboken PBA Web Site for download and printing at:http://www.hobokenpba.org/infanteshelp.html

I am asking anyone who finds these events to be as outrageous as I do to please print out, complete and send these letters to show our support for law enforcement and for the family of the fallen officer.
