Due to the great demand amongst regulators the HCDO has been asked to provide guidance and instruction on the fine art of bribe taking and offshore money washing. The classes will be held at that very special coffee location in Hoboken classes will start at 7:00 AM and will end around 9:00 AM. Part of the class will be actual bribes and side deals being made coffee will have to be purchased by the members of the class. No tape recorders, note taking, or video cameras allowed. If you know of this location the class is open to all excluding Federal Investigators. Students are expected to kick back at least 10 percent of the bribes collected. If you are able to cheat the instructor you pass those that are forced to pay the total amount will fail.
