Refinance why should that may any difference since the Cunningham Regime continues to over spend look at the expensive pet he keep around yes the lap dog Ayala. I think Glenn put him in the rear window of his car so his head will keep bobbing up and down it keeps the springs oiled. Glenn needs to learn how to cut the fat out of the Jersey City budget and make sure he can service the debt that is already out there rather than refinancing. Bond holders will be mad at any refinancing and the market will reject any further issues put out by the city. The answer is do nothing and continue to service the debt as is and cut the fat from the budget.
