I've heard a lot lately about this guy Bill Ayala and how he's screwed up so many things in Jersey City.

I heard he blew the refinancing of the City's bond debt by sitting on his hands when the rates were at their lowest a couple months ago. Apparently he kept the Biz Admin from going ahead with the deal.

I hear he's crashed city cars and harassed female workers. I was also told he started the on-going feud with the Congressman and the others in the north. And the one time I met him at a city function he seemed like a cold fish...no personality to speak of.

What I can't figure out is why Cunningham would keep such a loser around. Can anyone give me some insight? I heard he used to drive big rigs or something. Maybe someone ought to find him a job and send him packing. Does he have something on Mayor Man? Some inside info or something? Otherwise it just don't make any sense that he would be kept around. This guy seems like such a loser...it just doesn't add up.
