It's really something how since last July the waterfront builders all of a sudden felt the urge to hire people to advise them on "community needs."

The Jersey Journal says that the "community need" experts are getting 20 grand a month. I'm wondering if that's a total, the amount per "community need" expert, the amount each developer is paying, or what?

The next question is where is all this money going? Are the "community needs" experts spreading the joy around?
