Now that Saddam is free from his obligations to create havoc for freedom he feels the presents an opportunity to serve the people of Jersey City. Since he understands their methods all to well he feels he may be able to bring value to the City Council. The value added he can bring to City Government is that of a professional dictator. As it stands today Saddam expressed great admiration for the work the City council has done over the years in fact he based his Oil for Food program on some of the cash scimming operations run by the HCDO. Saddam would like to thank Mr. Scarinci for allowing him to have this chance to serve the people of Jersey City.
