First, Ayala is not enough of a man to take the heat for his own stupid acts. He is a low-life worm who has no talent and no business playing in the big leagues. He has no talent, no fresh ideas, no common sense, no ability to deal with people, no credibility, not one characteristic necessary to rise to the level he has aspired to other than greed and ego. Second, just because Glenn is an idiot, does not mean Ayala should be given credit for anything other than getting out of bed in the morning. Ayala is an overpaid do-nothing j-rk and that alone allows others to put the burden on him to prove his worth. To date, he has proven nothing to the people of Jersey City other than his own over-blown view of himself. Glenn is at fault for foisting this idiot Ayala on us and for giving him greater responsibility than he can handle. Ayala should have nothing more than a shovel in his hand since that is the level of discourse he can understand. He has dug a hole for this administration, and its time he digs one for himself so that we don't have to smell the foul odor of his rotten ego anymore. : Ayala takes all the heat for the stupid things Glenn does. How many times can the employee be blaimed for the stupidity of the boss? Well it seems that Glenn never does anything wrong but his second in command does everything wrong how can that be? Glenn hired the dude so isn't really Glenns problem. What kind of leader keeps going to the same source of problem after problem? The answer is Glenn is no leader at all please remove him from office as soon as possible. Since a factual statement like this can be considered racist like any critical approach to the failures of Glenn let me tell you as a black lesbian handicapped person I have no racial hatred for Glenn only sympathy for his inability to perform his job.
