Seeing how'z the reprehensible discrimination of Black Cuban Women of Hudson County through the devious and devilish mechanism of racial profiling (not to mention the nasty postal workers who held back the court notices) has resulted in the tarnished driving record of Zulima Farber and the subsequent denial of a judgeship being counted as one of the year's top stories, I want to bring to the attention of our crusading Congressman, Bob Menendez, that tireless proponent of the sacred rights of each and everyone, another downtrodden minority that's currently ignored: Native Americans of Jersey City.

And after the lost Indian Tribes of Jersey City are given their proper role in society, Congressman Menendez needs to shift his beneficent gaze upon the 181 "Native Hawaiian and Other Pacific Islander" listed in the 2000 census as our forgotten neighbors. Federal funding needs to be immediately made available for dancing the hula and surfing in Jersey City.
