The lack of seperation of Canary Capital and Hartz Mountain Real Estate will bring the class action settlement of the century prompting the sale of all Hartz Mountain holdings to satisfy the settlement. Jersey City should be ready for lots of buidlings coming on the market rather quickly. So all you HCDO and Jersey City graft takers make room for a new person on the rolladex. The amount paid in settlement to Spitzer was incorrect and with fraud and full disclosure coming in the class action cases now being formulated in various jurisdictions around the country and the world Jersey City should prepare for a collaspe of real estate value. If you are expecting payments in the future they should be questioned.
