: Let's face the facts...we have an administration filled with incompetent idiots. We elected a Mayor with a short-term memory deficit, who hired a Chief of Staff with a personality deficit, who approved a BA that provided us a budget without a deficit, which was turned down by an administration with an intelligence deficit, which is fighting with a City Council with a directional and ethical deficit. 

: But when it comes to placing the ultimate blame somewhere....put it on the head of the Chief of Staff Bill Ayala. He gets the prize for being the most incompetent Chief of Staff in recent history. He makes sure anyone with brains gets no closer to the Mayor than the sidewalk in front of City Hall. Afterall, if intelligence crossed the threshold of the Mayor's Office, it would shine a bright light on the incompetence of the present occupiers of the City's governmental infrastructure. So the BOOBY Prize gets shared by the Mayor for his continually poor personel choices and his bumbling idiot Chief of Staff. 

: : : "McGee is a talented, competent, experienced, qualified professional with a mind-blowing skill set, but is unable to do most of the things that he would do if given a free hand."

: : : Are you on drugs ???  Ask City professional staff or anyone in the business community in Jersey City what they think of McGee.  The almost unanmous answer will be that the man is a complete incompetent.  It doesn't take much brain power to bring a financial consultant in to hatch a plan to put the City in debt for perpetuity.

: : : McGee is an arrogant bully, hated by City workers and scorned by the business community.

: : You obviously have a reason for saying all of that.  Do you mind if I ask what that is, an example, an incident, some backup?  What about Ayala and Sengco, Imelda, Jr. ?
