Two new choices for exec? Peter Weiss, Jersey Journal, 05/29/02 Who do you like for Hudson County executive, "Sell Out" or "Backstabber?" The latest tactic in the Democratic primary is not to tear down opponent's signs - although that still happens - but to slap stickers over them using those pejoratives. "Sellout" is being slapped over campaign signs for Tom DeGise, former president of the City Council of Jersey City. "Backstabber" is being plastered over signs for interim County Executive Bernard Hartnett Jr. |
