Cunningham talks of mending fences 06/06/02, Jason Fink, Jersey Journal Former Jersey City Council President Tom DeGise's resounding victory in Tuesday's Democratic primary for Hudson County executive settled more than a few political scores, but the infighting that has plagued the party for months may still be far from over.
