Manzo getting closer to Congress

I f you think Jersey City Mayor Glenn D. Cunningham is miffed at U.S. Rep. Robert Menendez, D-Union City - the mayor calls the congressman a "terrorist," among other things - you should hear Lou Manzo on the subject. And if you're active in politics, you probably have, since he's been telling anyone who'll listen.

Manzo, a former Hudson County freeholder and three-time Jersey City mayoral candidate, said he's even moving into the 13th Congressional District with the possible intent of challenging Menendez in two years.
