I wish I had a nickel for every HCDO poll that's rolled down the telephone wires of late. Even better yet would be the small fortune that they've actually paid for these sight-seeing trips into foggy futuretown.

The HCDO has run so many polls, at this point you'd think they know how the various Journal Square panhandlers would fare against Ronald McDonald in any (and every) local election!

But nope, wordzout that that Rolling Stones of politics, the HCDO, felt the need for yet another survey to learn what the Jersey City voters REALLY feel about Ward D Councilman Bill Gaughan. Story is that the HIGH NEGATIVES of the putative standard-bearer in the upcoming Jersey City municipal joust sent all of HCDO Hq on Washburn Street into a deep state of depression.
