On the above date, time and location, the u/s responded to a call of impersonation of police officers. Upon arrival, the u/s met with Mr. Gary Nye,
the director of tenant landlord relations for Jersey City. Mr. Nye stated that he had received numerous complaints from tenants in the above
named address, that stated at approximately 1930 on 4114104, three men, #1 Hispanic male named David, approximately 35 years old, #2 white
male, 40years old, #3 black male, tall, with pock mark face, all wearing police gear, hats, jackets, t-shirts stating Hudson County Sheriff's
Department, US Marshall's Office and Jersey City Police Department were attempting to interrogate and intimidate tenants on the 9th floor of
563 Montgomery Street, about signing a petition for Steven Pulop for Congress. The uls spoke to victim #1 Carmen Candelario at apartment
#92-2, who confirmed that the three men described above intimidated and interrogated her about her name on a petition for Steven Pulop, she was
afraid and called Gary Nye. The uls spoke to victim #2 Chestine Powell of apartment #93-2, who stated she heard someone screaming her full
name in the hall of floor number nine, but she never spoke to or saw the actors because she was in a different apartment on floor nine at the time.
The u/s then spoke to victim #3 Mary Clark of apartment #94-2, who stated that three men with the above description interrogated and
intimidated her about signing the petition for Steven Pulop for Congress. All victims and complaints were advised. The undersigned notified the
East Detective.

At 0040 hrs. the u/s attempted to contact ( Gary Nye ) phone number 201-547-5211 regarding this incident . The u/s left a message to Mr. Nye on
his answering machine to contact this office to follow up on this investigation.
At 0050 hrs. the u/s attempted to speak to victim ( Carmen Caldelario ) residing at 563 Montgomery St. Apt. # 92-2 , phone number
201-985-2410 with neg. results.
At 0055 hrs. the u/s contacted victim ( Mary Clark ) residing at 563 Montgomery apt. # 94-2 , phone number 201-435-0982 regarding this
incident. The u/s apologized for calling late and explained that it was necessary to start this investigation as soon as possible. Victim stated the
three men described as 1 black male and two hispanic males who interrogated and intimidated were all wearing some kind of police logo . One male
wore a J.C.P.D. baseball hat and another wore a U.S. MARSHALL JACKET with a insigna patch . Victim also stated that she was questioned
about her signature and was asked numerous times if she signed the petition for Steven Pulop for Congress. The uls asked if these man ever
idenified themselfs as police and{ she stated no . The u/s also asked if they were carrying weapons or had police radio's and she stated that she
didn't see any. The u/s advised her that someone on the day tour will contact her and the other victims and continue with the investigation . The
u/s again apologized for calling at a late hour and she thanked the u/s for my concern.
