achievements in residential resale. Excels at appraising property values and
uses, mortgage processing and financing.
Currently is promoting a new venture, “An Eye For
Perfection”, for not only assisting real estate sales/purchase but in also
creatively solving related problems within the scope of homeownership. They
include, but are not limited to, home remodeling and planning, landscaping
problems, creative use of space and furnishings and, in general, a Problem

Orchestrated the campaign to have the Perth
Amboy Board of Education’s meetings televised.
Served as a Commissioner of Woodbridge Township
Industrial Affairs contributing to the Downtown Merchant’s Association finding solutions for traffic and parking issues and developmental possibilities
for properties throughout the Township
Planned and Manages fund-raising events for
political and fraternal organizations including the Perth Amboy Knights of
Columbus’ 100th Anniversary; serving regularly as Toastmaster
and Emcee.
Founder and Executive Director of the Perth
Amboy Pro-Arts Council, a non-profit corporation encouraging local interest in
fine and performing arts.
