Scarinci proclaiming that Menendez has the Senate replacement all locked up it is NOTHING MORE THAN SPIN.

It is designed to quell the chaos that has errupted over the replacement of Interim Mayor. HCDO loyalists are at odds with each other.

Word in the county is that Gaugham coupled with Degise are insisting on naming the Interim Mayor and they don't want Menendez's choice of Harvey Smith.

Apparently DePuppet is out of Boss Bobalou's control for the time being.

If Doria acts like Gaugham & Degise - Replacements are anyone's guess. Look for Doria to take home a big prize/contract/appointment.

What are the numbers for the members of the County Committee in the 31st? Is the ratio the same as for the voting population -- 67% Jersey City to 33% Bayonne? A

: Are the Jersey City County Committee members lined up with Cunningham's Reform Democrats?

: : HCDO Chairman Bernard Kenny must call for the elected County Committee Persons in Leg. District 31 to meet within 30 Days to name a replacement for Senator.

: : As Chairman - Kenny can decide the meeting place - which WILL BE in Bayonne.

: : HCDO will use every trick in the book to ensure it's annointed one gets the Senate Seat.

: : What is questioable is who will get the seat. Doria controls the actual Bayonne County Committee and could insist on naming the replacement.

: : HCDO controls the marjority of County Committee seats in Leg Dist31 BUT does not control the voting public.
