: I personally did not know Dominick Infantes, however, his life was still lost. Had that been one of your family members or friends, you would feel that whoever hit them over the head with a metal pipe was a murderer. 

: Taking someone's life is murder, no matter how you do it, whether it be defense, malicious, or by accident. When you are involved in a car accident, and someone dies......you can be charged with murder. 

: I don't care if you are black, white, brown, filipino, hatian, cuban, green.... Murder is murder. 

: Dominick Infantes will never see the light of day again. He spent his last hours braindead in a hospital with his new wife and his family. I can't see how you feel the Gavina's have faced unjustice. They have the ability to see the light of day, feel sorrow for their sins, see and hear from their family (whether it be behind bars or not), wake up knowing that they are alive and well. Dominick does not have this. He is dead. He will never see his family again, his wife, his friends, his job, or any of the people that loved him as much as he loved them. 

: If this was your family member or friend, you would want ANY possible way to put your loved one's murderers behind bars. Dominick was not carrying a weapon. If he had assaulted the Gavinas, they still were guilty of assaulting him with a weapon that eventually lead to an injury that put him to death. 

: I hope you take into consideration that when ANYONE is killed by another human, it has nothing to do with race/nationality. The Filipino community in Jersey City has disgusted me with their racist claims. What would have had happened if it were a Filipino cop that was murdered by white brothers? Consider the situation, and more importantly: OPEN YOUR MIND BEFORE YOU OPEN YOUR MOUTH.
