: Gaughan has never been a force for good on the city council. He is a bitter old man who has nothing worthwhile in his life, so he uses his council seat and his county job to manipulate people and to build his own power and personal wealth. 

: He has never reached back into the community to give a hand to anyone other than his own daughter who he forced onto the board  at the JCMUA. Just go watch her performance sometime. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. 

: I would sure like to take Bill Gaughan's blood-alcohol level one day when he's sitting on the council dias voting on how to use millions of our hard earned tax dollars. I would like to know what he's done for Jersey City other than gift wrap our council and hand it to Menendez and the evil forces of the north. 

: I would really like to know who buys the tickets to his fundraisers and how many come from JC versus North Bergen, Union City and West NY. Gaughan is a sell out...plain and simple. He has been bought and paid for by Menendez. He is nothing but a shill for those who want to keep Jersey City divided and under the control of the north through their surrogates: Schundler's leftover minions. These people don't deserve jobs paid for by our tax dollars. They don't deserve our support. They don't deserve our vote.
