credibility is in the eye of the beholder. People believe what they want to pre-conceive. The report is almost totally verbatim from JCPD, not any other source. If you want to believe that Harvey did not do this, you will believe it because you want to believe it, not because it is not true. If somebody breaks the law, you do not have license to break the law to "get even." Then you are also lawless. That is OK when you are 16 and in the schoolyard. Darrell Laval did the right thing or he would be the same thug Harvey has shown himself to be. That is why we have the rule of law and police to enforce those rules and that law.
