Rep. Steven Rothman, D-Fair Lawn, did pretty well last year as part-owner of 10 properties in northern New Jersey and Boca Raton, Fla., with several valued at $100,000 to $250,000.

Rep. Robert Menendez's main assets were a Fidelity Growth fund worth $100,000 to $250,000 and rents from two Union City, N.J., properties that earned him between $30,000 and $100,000. Menendez, D-Union City, also sold a Union City property for $250,000 to $500,000.
