I have never seen in my life more hemming and hawing about a freakin warehouse. Of course I know artists reside there so it takes on a special significance(grin); but so far I haven't heard that any of them are named Picasso or Pollock or even Van Gogh.

This City is awash with preservationists running amok. While these folks waste the time of lawmakers on issues like preserving smokestacks, the streets are unpaved, dirty and crime ridden.

Let's tear down these ugly relics of a bygone industrial era and build something new and useful which will bring tax revenue to the City. Revenue which can be used to hire more police, firemen, street cleaners, etc.
