I'm sure that UTN advertisers (spelled h-o-s-t-a-g-e-s) would like nothing more than to quit paying that rag for "business". However, I'm sure that they're initially strongarmed into advertising by some vague appeal to the "black community", then the hook is set and they can't get out (by some vague or overt suggestion of race loyalty or betrayal or some such nonsense).

Given the actual content, it's the only explanation.
