It does not matter that someone had an affair or not her work stands for itself. The same people that handed her the contracts and the work would have pulled the work from her if she had done the job expected of her. It is a matter of work done not the relationship that matters. Many people that have handed out contracts have slept with the person that gets the contract. The basics of working hard maybe too hard makes it easy to act human every once in a while. So what if Kay Licausi had an affair and at the same time also recieved contracts did she do her job the answer is yes. The same holds true for any contractor did they do their job first thenif there is a conflict of interest examine the work.
