After reading the story about the Patti LaBelle " benefit " concert in today's Jersey Journal, I feel someone should go to jail for misappropriation of Federal Funds, for irresponsible spending of money that was supposed to be raised for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and for false and deceitful advertising about who the concert would benefit. Because a large portion of the money involved is Federal money and because it flows through the State Department of Labor, I assume that both the U.S. Attorney for New Jersey and the State Attorney General will be involved in pursuing justice in this case. What an embarassment for the City of Jersey City, Jersey City's Employment & Training Program, and the Jersey City Board of Education.

How can the Jersey City Employment & Training Program have money to spend, either directly or indirectly, on things like this ? So sad and such a waste of taxpayer money.
