this concert (& I use the term loosely) was cancelled?

I am mad that my tax dollars were being spent on an element that would only attract the dregs of society.

I am mad that my tax dollars were being used to lure these dregs to jobs that did not exist.

I am mad at us, as a society, that has raised a younger generation that is so devoid of morales, ethics, conscience or initiative that they have to be bribed with the promise of free entertainment just to get them to sign-up for a job (even if it doesn't exist).

I am, however, happy that there was enough pressure to have stopped this event from taking place at the beautiful old Loew's.

My biggest fear was that these people would leave that concert pumped & ready for who knows what & the Square & surrounding neighborhoods would suffer.
