: : On a Manzo sign on a pole at Summit and Hutton in the Heights, someone cut out the For Mayor section and taped in a piece of material with the word SUC.KS written with black marker.

: : Is this sign the only one? Is this happening in other sections of Jersey City?

Was Jimmy Dixon seen fleeing on his bicycle or is he still driving a county car on a revoked license?
