: The flyer reproduced here was posted on every street pole across from the North Precinct on Central Avenue.  Perhaps the broadside also appears elsewhere.

: I've a large number of questions, but no answers.  Is it a coincidence that the HCDO posters were posted around the same time?  If the timing was intentional, was it in concert with the opposition?  Or is it a separate entitity trying to use a time of turmoil as "high ground" for an attack?  Is it a single person (a malcontent as Mafia associates might say) or a group?  What are they trying to accomplish?  Do they want to show the citizenry that the Police Department is at odds with the Director?  If this is the case, a tree was killed for naught.  I'd bet that you can count on a rosary the number of residents that know who the Director is.  Is somebody (or bodies) trying to drive a wedge between the Police Department and Glenn Cunningham?

: One thing is for sure: a better honed set of layout and writing skills were used a few years back in the anti-Schundler flyers.  Now, does that indicate a different publisher or a lack of practice?
