Who supported him? Willie Flood? She runs for something every election and if she is such a strong canidate how come Glenn did not let her run for the 31st district assembly seat. The reason being Glenn needed a real canidate that was credible and Glenn needed a white canidate so he could get white votes. Glenn needed Lou as much as Lou needed Glenn. Remember if Lou had not backed Glenn Degise would have been the mayor. And that means there would not have been an African American mayor in Jersey City History.

One other thing, if Cunningham was so strong how come Bernie Hartnett lost his bid for HC Exec. If Lou Manzo was the canidate he would have won. Lou Manzo is the best man for the job. Willie Flood and the rest of the canidates should stop wasting their time and money and drop out of the race.

: I think that Manzo should remember WHO got him elected in the first place. He should also remember that the only reason he got there is because he rode Glenn's coattails. He needs to drop out be an assemblyman and support those who supported him.
